FIFA 12 was an important turning point for my career, because during this project I was promoted to lead of the LATAM team. This game was developed by EA Romenia for iOS devices, and after the release we started the Android version, with big problems to solve in order to run this game in many devices as possible and keep the EA quality standard.
I started at Electronic Arts in 2011 as a Software Engineer in the Android team of the Sao Paulo studio, in Brazil. After my work on Bejeweled 2 and Tetris, I became the lead of the Android team and worked on two more titles, FIFA 12 and Scrabble. All these titles were developed in collaboration with the EA Montreal studio and released worldwide. The studio closed in 2013.
